Mr. Donovan was named President and CEO in 2013. He served as the corporation's senior vice president and chief operating officer since 2009, and previously as vice president of project services. He holds a bachelor's degree in electric engineering from Mississippi State University, and has more than 30 years of experience in the areas of planning, design, construction and maintenance management of electric transmission and distribution facilities.
Our executives represent an enviable blend of those with corporate memory gained during careers at Georgia Transmission and those who bring different perspectives from other utilities and industries.
Our board consists of executives from Georgia’s member-owned distribution co-ops that own Georgia Transmission Corp. and outside directors.
